Adv. Weinstein specializes in all areas of civil and commercial law with emphasis on appearance and representation in courts (litigation) and real estate transactions and contracts.

Adv. Weinstein has many years of practical experience in representing and appearing in civil courts, including contractual disputes of all kinds, construction defects claims, claims in the areas of contracting, expulsion claims and other property claims, prevention motions, administrative petitions and other claims.

Adv. Weinstein specializes in drafting various real estate contracts, including sale and purchase contracts, combination contracts, Tama 38(municipal renewal), lease contracts of all kinds (residential, commercial and industrial areas with special expertise in malls), construction and repair works contracts.

Adv. Weinstein specializes in ongoing representation of real estate companies in all aspects of construction and building infrastructure ventures.

He can write and litigate construction contracts and infrastructure projects for large-scale projects of hundreds of housing units, contracts with subcontractors, planning and supervision contracts, participation in tenders and court room litigation.

He possess experience and expertise in the preparation of entrepreneurial contracts such as partnership contracts, establishment of companies, corporate investment and share distribution contracts, contracts for cooperation and commercial contracts, including marketing and distribution contracts, franchise contracts and subcontracting service contracts.

In addition, Adv. Weinstein acts as a mediator specialized in claims for contract, subcontractor and construction litigation claims.
