Ala Diab, Adv. – Partner

Adv.  Diab performed his apprenticeship at the chambers of the Honorable Judge Musya Arad of the District Court.

Before joining HBW,  Adv. Diab served, amongst other things, as senior legal assistant to the Honorable Judges A. Zuaby and Edmond A. Levy in the Israeli Supreme Court, as well as legal consultant to the Saint Association for Civil Rights in the Occupied Territories and East-Jerusalem.

Practice areas: civil litigation, commercial litigation, administrative law, criminal law, intellectual property, planning and construction laws, public international law.

In 2010, Adv. Diab was appointed partner in the firm.
