Adv. Nadav Avramovich is a senior partner at HBW in charge of coordinating the activity of real estate department.

Mr. Avramovich is active in all aspects of setting up complex real estate deals.  He has led the planning, zoning, financing and registering of land deals nationally and internationally. He has provided legal services and guided the legal framework of large scale buying groups, purchasing and selling real estate, set up combination transactions, set up and up kept rental properties, partnership deals, residential, commercial, as well as urban renewal projects – TAMA 38. He has led complex real estate transactions in Israel and abroad, worth billions of shekels.

Adv. Avramovich provides legal services for real-estate companies, private and public, construction companies and handles all aspects of their operations, including aspects of taxation, call for tenders, agreements and other performance.

​Adv. Avramovich also deals with various regulatory authorities such as local planning committees, including administrative appeals.

​Adv. Avramovich is highly experienced in financial and taxation aspects of complex projects and representation of HBW’s clients before municipalities and planning committees.
